BAD BREATH

Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well . Bacteria accumulate in your mouth, on your teeth and on your gums. If you don't keep teeth and
gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. This bacterial buildup can also lead to gum disease .

Here are a few simple home remedies that will help you to overcome bad breath.


1.Take caraway seed oil orally for over coming bad breath.

2.Use an infusion of cinnamon to rinse your mouth.

3.A few seeds of cardamom chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad
breath.

4.Chew parsley leaves,which are sure to keep your breath fresh.

5.Gargle your mouth with water in which salt and soda bicarb have been added.

6.Gargle your mouth with a mixture of lemon juice and rose water.

7.Brush your teeth with a mixture of pepper powder and common salt.

8.Chew on mint leaves and your breathe will be fresh.

9.Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice.This is also best done before going to bed.

10.Brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth.

11.Alcohol may further the problem by making your mouth dry, whereby saliva is unable to remove oral bacteria.

12.Munching a raw apple or guava after lunch removes most of the trapped particles.

13.Coffee, beer, wine, and whiskey leaves a residue that can attach to the plaque in your mouth and infiltrate your digestive system.

14.Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. Tea tree oil can also cure gum disease, which is possibly the cause of your bad breath.
